By accessing and using GhostTweeter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
GhostTweeter provides AI-powered automation tools for social media platforms. We use browser emulation and official APIs to execute actions on behalf of the user.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and the Terms of Service of the platforms you interact with (e.g., X/Twitter). You are solely responsible for the content you generate and post using our tools.
4. Anti-Ban & Safety Disclaimer
While we employ advanced safety mechanisms (e.g., daily limits, human emulation), we cannot guarantee that your account will never be flagged or suspended by third-party platforms. You use this service at your own risk. GhostTweeter is not liable for any account suspensions or bans.
5. Payments & Refunds
Services are billed on a subscription basis. Refunds are provided only if we are unable to successfully connect your account to our system within 48 hours of purchase.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
