Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: February 24, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") legally bind you ("User," "Client," or "You") and GoTweet Systems ("GoTweet," "Company," "We," or "Us"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, integrating your API keys, or utilizing any automation script provided by GoTweet, you definitively agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an agency, corporation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not possess such authority or do not agree with every provision in this agreement, you must not use the GoTweet platform.

2. Platform Usage and X (Twitter) Compliance

GoTweet provides an interface and backend infrastructure that allows users to automate interactions on X (formerly Twitter) using official Developer API endpoints. While we build our tools to mimic "Safe & Humanized" behavior, you accept absolute liability for how you configure and deploy our bots.

  • Compliance is Your Burden: You agree to solely bear the responsibility of ensuring your bot's frequency, targeting, and messaging comply precisely with the X Rules, X Automation Rules, and the overall X Developer Agreement.
  • No Immunity from Bans: GoTweet does not guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, immunity from account suspensions, "shadowbans," API rate limits, or permanent platform bans imposed by X.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use GoTweet's proprietary AI to generate, disseminate, or amplify hate speech, illegal material, deeply deceptive deepfakes, harassment campaigns, or any content that violates international law.

3. Service Availability, Modifications, and Limits

Our service operates continuously, but you acknowledge that our platform is inherently dependent on external networks, complex self-hosted AI compute grids, and the X API infrastructure.

A. Uptime and Maintenance: We strive for a 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may go offline for emergency patches, hardware failure, AI model retraining, or routine maintenance.

B. Dynamic Rate Limiting: GoTweet reserves the unilateral right to enforce, lower, or modify maximum daily action limits (posts, replies, quote-tweets) across any service plan. This is often necessary to react to abrupt changes in X's API constraints or to protect our total AI compute grid from exhaustion.

4. Account Security and API Keys

You maintain full responsibility for securing your GoTweet login credentials. Furthermore, you grant GoTweet permission to securely store your X Developer API keys (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, Access Secret) in an encrypted format for the sole purpose of executing the automation you request.

If you suspect your GoTweet account has been breached, you must immediately revoke your interconnected API keys directly via the X Developer Portal and inform our support team. GoTweet shall not be held liable for any unauthorized tweets, profile changes, or direct messages sent due to a compromised password or leaked API key on your end.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoTweet Systems, its founders, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of brand reputation, loss of X followers, or the financial value of a banned X account resulting from your use of the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoTweet from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, your running bots will be halted, and your data may be scheduled for deletion as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Refund Policy

By purchasing any service plan on GoTweet, you agree that all sales are final once you run or activate a bot at least once. No refunds will be issued for activated bots under any circumstances.

Unlike traditional scalable software, GoTweet's core infrastructure relies on proprietary, self-hosted Large Language Models (LLMs). Deploying, running, and managing these internal AI models requires immense and immediate computational power, server wear-and-tear, and electricity costs the second a service plan is activated.

Every time your configured bot analyzes a timeline, generates a custom reply, or drafts a new post, our server grid expends irreplaceable computing cycles. Because the hardware utilization and server costs dedicated to running our AI models on your behalf cannot be recovered, rolled back, or "returned," we cannot offer refunds for any used, unused, or partially used service periods, subscriptions, or credits.

If you are unsure about committing to a paid tier, we encourage you to utilize any available free or trial features before submitting payment. Once payment clears, the servers spin up, the compute is allocated, and the sale is effectively permanent.
